With the program "buckling" you can calculate the capacity of I-beams and hollow sections due to buckling (without stiffeners). Depending on the existing stress- and geometry values, the program calculates the effective area and moment of inertia of class 4 cross sections according to Eurocode 3.

The solution is described extensively by auxiliary calculations.
